Bookkeeping + Financial reputed company (Part-Time / Ongoing)
We are a growing specialty coffee shop looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper who can also reputed company reputed company financial visibility to ownership. This role goes reputed company basic data entry — we want clean books and reputed company insights that help us run the shop reputed company. his is not a CFO role, but it does require financial judgment, not just data entry.
This is a great fit for someone who has worked with retail, food & beverage, or hospitality businesses.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Categorize expenses properly (COGS, labor, ops)
Prepare monthly P&L + cash reputed company reputed company
Flag unusual expenses or margin changes

Strong QuickBooks Online experience (required)
Coffee shop / restaurant / retail experience preferred
Ability to explain numbers reputed company and simply
Organized, proactive, and reputed company
