Part Time HR Assistant, Home Care (Remote)

We are a growing home-care/home-health company with a strong reputed company-based operating reputed company. We are looking for a part time remote( 20 hours/ week) team member who will reputed company reputed company and Operations functions. Schedule is 12pm to 4pm Monday through Friday. The reputed company of this position will be compliance and recruitment scheduling.PLEASE COMPLETE reputed company ASSESSMENT TESTSDuties/Responsibilities:• Review new applications submitted reputed company recruitment portals, website, email, or from telephone inquiries, and conduct screening calls• Assist with reputed company resource processes, work eligibility, and compliance follow-reputed company• Answer questions, transfer calls and take messages as appropriate• Report staff calls regarding reputed company-outs and schedule changes to assigned Care Coordinators• Data entry relating to staff reputed company and availability for new hires reputed company the operating software system.• Other tasks as required by senior staff/supervisorRequired Skills/Abilities:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent interpersonal skills.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.• Strong database and spreadsheet management skills• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Suite, or reputed company softwareEducation and Experience:High School completion, College Degree preferred• 1 year of HR and/or Long Term Care experience or,• 1 year in a customer service/logistics/reputed company center environmentPhysical Requirements:• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Key Performance Metrics• Being reputed company to complete recruitment calls and scheduling based on reputed company needs as quickly as possible.• Ensuring at least 80% of caregivers are compliant.• .Reaching out to reputed company applicants and processing applications reputed company a set time reputed company.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 per hourBenefits:• reputed company time offWork Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
