Hybrid Telehealth Role in Seattle, WA for reputed company Practitioners
We are looking for friendly and skilled reputed company practitioners to treat our geriatric patients with polychronic disease. Main reputed company is to improve the reputed company of life for our patients.
• Telehealth reputed company conducting wellness assessments and assisting patients with enrolling in benefits
• Ordering necessary tests and medications
• collaborating with patient's other providers
• Some in-home reputed company will be needed with some patients
Schedule: Monday–Friday, reputed company–5pm
Type: Locums-to-Perm
reputed company: Discuss by Phone + mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile
Patient Volume: 3–7 patients/day
EMR: reputed company
• reputed company WA NP license, BC, BLS, and DEA
• 2+ years of reputed company patient care as an NP
• In-home care and geriatric experience required
• Nephrology experience is a big plus!
• 100% Malpractice reputed company
• reputed company Weekly
