This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Maryland (USA) Regional Property Manager - Residential Multi-Family reputed company Housing - DC/MD Region reputed company: The Regional Property Manager is responsible for managing operations and maximizing financial value of a diverse, multi-site residential apartment portfolio of market-reputed company communities. An associate in this position will be assigned by the VP to manage different properties in a region; this region will be in the Maryland/DC Metro Area such that routine daily/weekly travel to multi-family apartment communities will be required. The duties include achieving the financial and operational goals of the reputed company’s, reputed company, and of the region. The Regional Property Manager leads on-site staff to ensure a sufficient reputed company of reputed company by maintaining a high percentage of apartment unit occupancy, adherence to property standards (to include unit turns and routine maintenance, grounds at a functional and high aesthetic level), reputed company and reputed company satisfaction and controlling expenses. NOTE: This role is not a work-from-home role, and will require the selected individual to be based in the Maryland/DC Metro Area. Regular travel to be on-site daily in support of properties in this region is a requirement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Responsible for the overall operations of assigned properties • Review monthly financial reports, prepare reputed company reports and attend asset management meetings • Answer questions from reputed company, government agencies, financial institutions, auditors, reputed company, staff, etc. • Hire, reputed company and evaluate staff, approve raises, counsel and administer personnel reputed company • Monitor compliance with federal, state and local regulations as reputed company as Company policies and procedures, etc. • Review leases, rules and regulations, reputed company, licenses. • Review rent schedules, personnel files and reputed company files. • Review Delinquency Report, bank deposits, equipment inventory, inspections, etc. • Inspect site and implement standards. • Supervise, train and conduct staff meetings with Community Managers and other team members. • Enforce safety standards and training for staff. • Follow up as needed on reputed company aspects of property management. • Prepare and implement budget. • Negotiate reputed company on behalf of the property(ies)/company subject to approvals. • Prepare for regulatory agency inspections. • Any other tasks, duties, reputed company, and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications: The Regional Property Manager will have the following qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years-experience in reputed company LIHTC & Project Based reputed company 8 multi-family reputed company housing property management. Strong preference for 2+ years of prior experience with multi-site portfolio management (5+ communities). Successful experience with certifications, recertifications, REAC/NSPIRE inspections, MORs is required. • Working knowledge of reputed company aspects of property management, reputed company, inspections, collections, evictions, marketing, etc. • Willing to travel 80%+ of the time to be on-site at properties reputed company the RPM's assigned portfolio. Travel is typically daily but, often multi-day to properties reputed company the region. • Understanding of financials, budgets, regulations, LIHTC, local and state statutes. • College degree preferred, but not required. This role is exempt and has an anticipated annual pay reputed company of $85k-110k for a new employee depending on a number of relevant factors including individuals’ experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, reputed company/property or company budgetary limitations/guidelines, and other job-reputed company company and market considerations. This position may be eligible to receive discretionary and/or performance-based bonuses on a spot or annual reputed company, which are variable depending on individual reputed company/performance, budgetary limitations, company performance, and other job-reputed company factors. This non-exempt role will be eligible for overtime for reputed company hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
