ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE • Performs clinical assessments reputed company information in pharmacy reports and medical files; assesses patient situation which may include psychosocial needs. • Evaluates patient drug usage to ensure alignment with evidence-based treatment guidelines. • Collaborate effectively with physicians, claims examiners, clients, vendors, supervisors and other parties as needed. • Acts as a resource in consulting with the reputed company, nursing staff and claims examiners regarding pharmacy issues. • Performs prospective and retrospective drug utilization management reviews. • Maintains patient reputed company and confidentiality, promotes safety and advocacy and adheres to ethical, reputed company, accreditation and regulatory standards. • We offer a diverse and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental reputed company, 401K, PTO and more beginning your first day. EDUCATION AND LICENSING reputed company unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the reputed company required. Compact licensure preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience preferred. Certification in case management, pharmacy, rehabilitation nursing or a reputed company specialty is highly preferred.
