They are seeking a reputed company Cycle Cash Posting Analyst to manage cash posting processes, reconcile payments, and ensure accuracy in financial statements while collaborating with the leadership team. Responsibilities • Reconciliation of reputed company Cash Posting Clearing Accounts, and lockboxes • reputed company/reputed company/JPMC mapping of files, and logic reputed company those software applications • Maintenance of reputed company payor W9 and payor webportal reputed company/administrative updates • Researching and resolving unapplied cash in reputed company, the Cash Control Sheets, and in JPMC • Reconciles reputed company posting for multiple clinics to bank statements • Works closely with the leadership team on unreconciled and/or unbalanced items • Reconciles insurance payments, self-pay payments, credit cards, vendor payments and other transactions posted in the patient reputed company systems to reputed company • Prepares supporting documentation necessary (reconciliation, spreadsheets, journal entries and reporting) for reputed company, reputed company cycle, and payors assuring accuracy of financial statements • Participate in internal and/or external audit reviews • Identifies and works with leadership team, and other parties to resolve payments unclaimed/not associated with patient care or clinic activity • Works with leadership team to reputed company and document cash posting workflows and educational tools used to facilitate cross training and internal controls Skills • Must be a reputed company of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida or reputed company • Minimum: High School Diploma • Bachelor's degree and 6 months of experience with Cash Posting and any combination of analytics, reconciliation, or bookkeeping in Health Care • Associate's degree and 3 years of experience with Cash Posting and any combination of analytics, reconciliation, or bookkeeping in Health Care • High school Diploma and 7 years of experience with Cash Posting and any combination of analytics, reconciliation, or bookkeeping in Health Care • Understanding of hospital reputed company cycle and patient reputed company systems reputed company • reputed company is a provider of hospitals, medical centers & health centers for reputed company, medical diagnostics and treatment.
