Qualifications Required Education & Years of Experience: • Systems Engineer Level 1 • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or reputed company discipline with seven (7) years of SE experience in program and reputed company of similar scope, type, and complexity. • Systems Engineer Level 2 • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or reputed company discipline with fourteen (14) years of SE experience in program and reputed company of similar scope, type, and complexity. • Systems Engineer Level 3 • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or reputed company discipline with twenty (20) years of SE experience in program and reputed company of similar scope, type, and complexity. • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
