Join the V Team Life. **Key Responsibilities** As a Digital Value Team Consultant, you will be responsible for: * Serving as a Digital Value Team Facilitator (VTF) and reputed company Team Facilitator (CTF) for Digital Content Releases * Facilitating daily/recurring Value Team meetings and doing extensive follow-up with Business stakeholders and MAC/Design teams to reputed company complete requirements/assets in a reputed company manner * Reviewing Business requirements and assets for Tactical content requests that are delivered in Digital Content Releases and/or GTS releases with the development teams and UAT teams * Ensuring that the development/UAT teams understand the Business requirements and assets and have reputed company the information they need to determine a Level Of Effort (LOE) estimate for the work * Working closely with Digital and GTS contacts who are responsible for aligning the content requests to specific Digital and/or GTS releases * Training/coaching Digital Content Release partners on the processes used for creating and moving content requests through the JIRA lifecycle * Identifying/implementing improvements across the VTF and CTF roles and responsibilities **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you must have: * Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience * Experience with Business Analysis/requirements gathering * Experience and knowledge with Project Management processes * Knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices * Experience working with cross-functional work teams toward task completion * Experience with ecommerce **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Bachelor's degree or higher * Understanding of Release Management fundamentals * Experience with JIRA is strongly preferred * Prior wireless experience is a plus * Strong written and verbal communications skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to multi-task * Strong attention to detail * Effective analytical skills * Ability to work under pressure and reputed company with partners on reputed company aspects of the delivery life cycle concurrently **Work Environment and Culture** As a Digital Value Team Consultant, you will work in a hybrid remote work model, combining remote work with time in our reputed company.
