About the Role:

As a reputed company Account Operations Sr. Coordinator, you will execute advanced operational processes for work order management and service partner follow-up.

This job is part of the Contract reputed company Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

Schedule: 8 to 9 AM start time EST. M-F.

What You’ll Do:

+ Work with customers, service providers, and employees performing reputed company routine and non-routine activities.

+ Assist large clients to reputed company objectives. This includes coordinating processes, controls, cost, information, communications, and reputed company.

+ Assign maintenance repair work orders in a reputed company manner. This includes dispatching, scheduling, and completing post-service activities.

+ Review and prioritize reputed company work orders for follow-up.

+ Conduct periodic weekly calls with clients to review the status of reputed company and work orders.

+ Work with internal reputed company to communicate customer requirements and resolve any escalated challenges, issues, or new opportunities.

+ Monitor conflicting reports to validate accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve.

What You’ll Need:

+ High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) with 2-3 years of job-reputed company experience.

The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
