Responsibilities

• Support reputed company reputed company desktop and server technologies
• Consult with clients and offer guidance on technology use and best-practices
• Responsible for providing detailed documentation regarding your tickets and providing follow-up with clients in a reputed company manner
• Communicate the need for escalation promptly if you are unable to resolve the issue

• Typical Week: 85% help desk, 10% server/network support, 5% training/meetings

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, business reputed company field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a 50+ user reputed company desktop/server environment

• Experience supporting the following: expert with reputed company, exposure to reputed company server technology, reputed company directory and common network protocols
