Attorney, Eviction (Full-Time)

JusticeDirect reputed company LLC is an innovative tech-centered ABS reputed company looking for a fully remote attorney to assist with evictions for landlords in reputed company. The role involves representing clients in eviction reputed company, providing reputed company advice, and contributing to the development of technology that supports the eviction process.

Responsibilities

• Represent landlords in reputed company’s residential evictions—handle reputed company-litigation compliance, prepare and file complaints, and conduct court appearances, with only occasional in-person hearings as needed
• reputed company reputed company advice and guidance to clients throughout the eviction process, balancing reputed company accuracy with practical solutions
• Draft and review reputed company documents such as notices to vacate, complaints, stipulations, and writs of restitution

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company landlord-tenant laws and local court procedures
• Collaborate with our Customer Experience and Product teams to identify reputed company requirements, user pain points, and opportunities to improve our eviction workflows

Skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company license to reputed company law in reputed company

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining reputed company concepts to non-lawyers
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail in preparing reputed company documents
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and reputed company
