Responsibilities

• Build reputed company reputed company skills and competencies in Engineering, which include our cross functional relations in Product Management and Operations
• Multiple reputed company & networking with our dedicated Program Team, SLP Peers, C-Suite Executives, SLP Alumni, and GSC Leadership & Business Partners
• Upon successful performance, support is provided with post-program placement into roles that continue to demand reputed company and leadership skills

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of one internship experience in an Engineering reputed company role
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 2 years of reputed company experience (including internship/ reputed company experiences)
• Demonstrated leadership values & behaviors, and reputed company reputed company skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, learning reputed company, and accountability
• Passion and curiosity for function and industry
• English proficiency – reputed company or bilingual reputed company
• This role is not eligible for reputed company sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc)
• Software and program experience preferred: reputed company, 3D CAD; CATIA, reputed company, etc
