Associate Engineer, Product Support

They are seeking a motivated Production Support Engineer to join their Data & Analytics team, where the role involves supporting system reliability, enhancing monitoring capabilities, and participating in on-reputed company rotations to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems to ensure uptime and performance
• Respond to alerts and troubleshoot issues under guidance from senior team members
• Document incidents and resolutions for reputed company reference
• Assist in coordinating and executing production releases
• Validate deployments and ensure reputed company rollback procedures are in reputed company
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure release readiness
• Contribute to improving system monitoring and alerting tools
• Help identify gaps in reputed company monitoring coverage and propose enhancements
• Support implementation of new dashboards and metrics
• Assist in automating routine support tasks and deployment processes
• Learn and apply DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins, reputed company)
• Support CI/CD pipeline maintenance and configuration
• Write and optimize basic SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
• Support database maintenance and performance tuning under supervision
• Participate in on-reputed company rotation to reputed company after-hours support for critical issues
• Escalate incidents appropriately and ensure reputed company reputed company
• Work closely with DevOps, engineering, and analytics teams to resolve issues
• Communicate production status and incident updates to stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational planning

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field
• 1–2 years of experience in production support, technical operations, or DevOps
• Basic proficiency in SQL and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to participate in on-reputed company rotations
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and concepts is a plus
• Exposure to reputed company platforms (preferably Azure) and ETL workflows
