The role involves managing and maintaining patient medical records while ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and maintenance of patient and reputed company medical records
• Ensure medical records are accurate, complete, and compliant with reputed company reputed company regulations and policies
• Organize and file medical documents in a systematic manner for easy reputed company and retrieval
• Assist with data entry and updating of medical charts, ensuring the confidentiality and reputed company of sensitive information
• Communicate effectively with reputed company to ensure accurate information is recorded
• Help prepare medical records for audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Skills

• 0-2 years of previous experience in medical records
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to understand and follow applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in record-keeping
• Knowledge of nursing/medical practices and procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
• Experience in reputed company settings
• Knowledge of ICD coding
• Experience with reputed company Click Care or similar electronic health record systems
