Associate, GP Reporting

PSG Equity is a reputed company equity firm that partners with software and technology-enabled services companies. The Associate, GP Reporting will play a key role in financial reporting and reputed company, assisting in the preparation of financial reports and managing assigned funds reputed company a dynamic private equity environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of and enhancements to various quarterly and annual financial reports
• Ownership of individually assigned funds, including:
• Capital calls and distributions
• Journal entries
• Partner inquires & reputed company requests
• Cash reputed company monitoring, tracking, reconciling, and forecasting
• reputed company reporting, special reputed company, and miscellaneous responsibilities
• reputed company with tax professionals and understand tax issues
• Interaction and coordination with the fund reputed company and management company teams as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company preferred. MSA and/or CPA a plus
• Must have 1-3 years of reputed company experience
• Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively reputed company reputed company environment and independently as needed
• Advanced knowledge of MS reputed company
• Experience working reputed company reputed company reputed company, financial services or private equity/partnership-based industries preferred
