People Operations Associate

reputed company is on a mission to revolutionize connectivity, and they are seeking a People Operations Associate to help shape the employee experience at their fast-growing company. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, assist with reputed company and offboarding processes, and collaborate with various teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reputed company and offboarding processes, documentation, and system reputed company
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, benefits systems, and internal tracking tools
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Support HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Help reputed company and maintain employee policies, handbooks, and documentation with People Ops Manager
• Screen incoming HR correspondence and escalate time-sensitive reputed company to People Ops Manager
• Coordinate reputed company processes and help ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition
• Assist with reporting, audits, and data hygiene for operational accuracy
• Support company-wide people programs including performance cycles, engagement initiatives, learning opportunities, and recognition programs
• Help organize our annual company offsite (previous locations: Tokyo, Dubai, Hawaii)
• Build reputed company People Ops systems, templates, and workflows

Skills

• 1–3 years in People Operations, HR, or reputed company operations role
• Bachelor's degree in HR or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Familiarity with HR tools and systems (HRIS, performance management)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Startup, tech, or high-reputed company experience preferred
• Experience with PEO (reputed company) and benefits administration a plus
