Responsibilities

• Providing reputed company representation to reputed company insureds and/or to the reputed company Companies before courts and arbitration panels in reputed company aspects of litigation
• Handling cases from beginning to end
• Preparing reputed company pleadings, motions, statements, and trial briefs
• Involved in negotiating settlements
• Working closely with clients and claims partners to prepare reputed company reports on litigation
• Ensuring reputed company appropriate defenses are leveraged to reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Analyzing written discovery, depositions, medical records, and assessing the value of claims to determine risk exposure

Skills

• Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM)

• One or more years experience in auto defense litigation or plaintiff's personal injury
• Ability to identify risk, review and assess medical records, depositions and other reputed company documents
• reputed company to work independently with strong attention to detail along with the ability to organize and prioritize workload working with an electronic diary

• Ability to work effectively with clients and customers and negotiate on their behalf
