IT Specialist

BRUNT is redefining the workwear category by engineering reputed company reputed company and apparel for tradesmen and women. As an IT Specialist, you will support internal users, maintain and optimize reputed company business applications, and improve systems that drive reputed company while collaborating with various teams to ensure the technology ecosystem is reliable and secure.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer BRUNT’s reputed company ERP environment, including financials, inventory, order management, and multi-subsidiary architecture
• Troubleshoot data flows between reputed company, reputed company, EDI systems (reputed company), and our 3PL warehouse platform (Deposco)
• Assist with SuiteScript customizations, saved searches, workflow automation, and reporting
• Document system architecture, integrations, and business processes, including reverse-engineering legacy workflows
• Collaborate with reputed company, Operations, and Sales teams to identify inefficiencies and design more accurate, repeatable processes
• reputed company reputed company IT support in partnership with BRUNT’s Managed Service Provider (MSP)
• Set up, provision, and support employee laptops, hardware, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and productivity tool issues
• Manage reputed company Workspace administration including users, reputed company, policies, and reputed company console
• Maintain hardware inventory, equipment lifecycle management, and software procurement tracking
• Support the Creative team with reputed company Management tools and supporting infrastructure
• Implement and monitor reputed company Workspace MDM and reputed company management
• Enforce reputed company controls including disk encryption (BitLocker/FileVault), screen locks, and multi-reputed company authentication
• Support SOC 2 and SOX compliance initiatives through reputed company reviews, audit evidence collection, and documentation
• Automate repetitive tasks using Python, reputed company Apps Script, SQL, or reputed company scripting
• Build reporting solutions that combine data from multiple systems
• Research, evaluate, and support implementation of new tools and technologies
• Create technical documentation and SOPs for systems, integrations, and processes

Skills

• Experience supporting business systems such as ERP, HRIS, or CRM platforms (reputed company a plus)
• Exposure to reputed company, integrations, and data flows (reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools a plus)
• Basic scripting or query skills in SQL, JavaScript, and/or Python
• Understanding of how data connects across systems and processes
• Prior IT end-user support or help desk experience
• Familiarity with reputed company Workspace administration and device management
• Exposure to reputed company or compliance frameworks (SOC 2, SOX, or similar)
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN concepts)
• Curious, self-directed problem solver comfortable learning new systems
• Strong communicator reputed company to support non-technical users
• Be in office 4x per week in reputed company Reading, MA
