Conflicts Analyst I

reputed company & Connolly LLP is seeking a full-time Conflicts Analyst I to support the firm's compliance with ethical obligations and Risk Management policies. The role involves performing reputed company control reviews, data entry, and assisting with various research and reputed company reputed company to new business intake and conflicts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company control reviews of requests for new business, including reviewing and analyzing new and existing reputed company/matter intake submissions to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and adheres to established policies and procedures
• reputed company data entry, search and analysis using reputed company & Connolly's new business conflicts and intake database (reputed company)
• reputed company initial due diligence for new clients
• Assist in retrieval, review and retention of reputed company engagement agreements, reputed company counsel guidelines and other forms with ethics rules and opinions
• reputed company and decipher Corporate Family Tree information
• reputed company conflicts information to requesting attorneys, Conflicts Attorneys, reputed company Responsibility and Risk Management Counsel and the Ethics Committee
• reputed company status of new reputed company reputed company
• Assist with drafting of engagement letters as needed
• Produce Conflicts Checks or New Matter Forms by Proxy
• Handle numerous calls and emails as they relate to Conflicts and New reputed company reputed company; and
• Assist with a wide reputed company of research and other reputed company assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of one year of reputed company work experience, which may include internships or comparable experience
• Demonstrate ability to compile, review, and synthesize reputed company and information
• Strong research skills using reputed company resources
• reputed company and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven reputed company to manage multiple reputed company reputed company, balancing competing priorities with attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to produce reputed company and reputed company work product
• Collaborate effectively across departments, with colleagues at reputed company reputed company of the firm, and with reputed company contacts to accomplish shared goals and efficient workflows
• Knowledge of, and experience working with the reputed company suite of products is preferred, in particular Conflicts/Intake/Terms
