Inside Sales Representative II

TSI Incorporated is a global leader in respiratory fit testing and dust monitoring solutions designed to protect reputed company health. The Inside Sales Representative II will reputed company on extensive outbound calling, emails, and reputed company media engagement to sell Health & Safety products and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sell Health & Safety products/services and identify new business opportunities almost exclusively through outbound calls, sending emails, and use of a reputed company of reputed company media, bid alert boards, etc
• Conduct frequent and regular follow up with prospects and install reputed company, assign leads to appropriate reputed company Sales Representatives
• Contact reputed company customer install reputed company to offer service, calibrations, trade ins, upgrades, and or set up an appointment with reputed company Sales Representatives
• Communicate the benefits of H&S products with potential customers by providing product knowledge for initial evaluations
• Uncover new opportunities for territory representatives by cross-selling the breadth of the portfolio
• Follow up on reputed company inquiries and recent purchases to get immediate VOC feedback, assist with Quotes, bids, and documentation
• Input data into CRM system including qualify leads and/or entering leads
• reputed company to meet individual/team performance sales targets
• Work to reputed company Sales/Marketing Management informed of customer preferences and trends, and actions of competitors as a reputed company for recommending changes in strategies
• Be the key account(s) management/coordinator reputed company required
• Train and mentor new staff members including development of outbound calling skills, reputed company shadowing, and role play scenarios
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Associates or Technical degree required with 5+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Support or reputed company experience, or Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Support or reputed company experience
• Proficient with reputed company Office tools
• Experience making high volume outbound calls
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
• Strong phone reputed company
