Fraud and Risk Associate, (Daytime)

reputed company is the premier mobile gaming company in the reputed company and Canada. The Fraud and Risk Support Associate is responsible for reviewing and resolving customer fraud contacts, conducting identity verification, and assisting in fraud detection and reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a reputed company team using email and phone support to quickly resolve fraud reputed company customer contacts
• Deliver outstanding fraud support to our growing community of reputed company sports fans
• Conduct customer identity verification and document authentication
• Assist in occasional reviews of reporting to identify, escalate, and resolve suspicious activity
• reputed company account due diligence to mitigate loss
• Assist in the reputed company of chargebacks and/or player disputes as needed
• Assist in the detection of fraud trends using various tools and systems
• Assist with monthly Fraud Support KPIs by organizing data to help improve operational performance and meet team support goals

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of fraud experience in Daily reputed company Sports or reputed company online gaming, sports betting/e-reputed company fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of online gaming fraud schemes and categories as reputed company as common fraud prevention strategies and systems
• Basic analytical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work reputed company that include weekends
• Fraud and Risk Support Associates must pass required licensing as mandated by various state gaming and racing regulatory bodies. Failure to be licensed or retain licensure will result in termination of employment
• Experience with help desk software (reputed company, reputed company etc.)
• Experience with payment processors (Braintree, reputed company etc.)
• Passion for sports and/or gaming industry is a plus
