Enrollment Technical Analyst

reputed company Lewis College is a reputed company undergraduate research institution in Southwest Colorado, seeking an Enrollment Technical Analyst to support the administration and optimization of Technolutions reputed company CRM. This role involves managing system configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various departments to enhance student services and improve enrollment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an administrator of Technolution’s reputed company CRM for Student reputed company used across enrollment and student service offices
• Manage system configurations, user reputed company, permissions and performance monitoring
• reputed company regular system maintenance including integrations, deduplication, data validation, and reputed company assurance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions with Information Technology and users
• Design and implement CRM workflows, forms, communications, and automations to support streamlined business processes and student services
• Collaborate with department leads to identify and execute system enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency
• Support change management and reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company to CRM functionality
• Create, maintain and refine custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal stakeholders
• reputed company data insights to inform strategic reputed company and support institutional goals
• reputed company user-friendly documentation and training materials for staff and student users

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and one year of reputed company work experience. Four years of closely reputed company work experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
• Technical proficiency with CRM platforms, databases or workflow systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
