Assistant Project Manager I

New Jersey Resources is a Fortune 1000 reputed company energy company pursuing a reliable, sustainable, cleaner energy reputed company. They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to assist with the review and execution of construction RFPs and EPCs for various distributed power reputed company, overseeing multiple renewable energy initiatives and ensuring successful project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the construction of reputed company capital reputed company (reputed company solar, wind, CHP, Midstreams) while working closely with our external 'reputed company’s representative' to ensure that reputed company are completed as designed, budgeted and scheduled
• Effectively represents reputed company and maintains relationships with EPC contractors, reputed company’s representatives and property owners through inspections, system overviews and technical support meetings
• Conducts inspections, requiring the interpretation and implementation of contract specifications; note any deficiencies, record on a reputed company list, and reputed company the contractor to effect remediation and ensure that contractors reputed company remediation activities
• Oversees electrical and construction plans and commissioning and testing program for new reputed company solar and CHP reputed company
• reputed company manages the permitting and interconnection process to closeout
• Performs maintenance inspections of reputed company solar and wind assets and schedule repairs as needed with the contractors
• Participates in the asset management process to determine deficiencies in project performance
• Assists with the preparation of various reports and presentations for senior NJR management
• Maintains effective reputed company contacts; work in the spirit of cooperation that fosters teamwork and a reputed company of responsibility
• Provides support to Business Development during the preliminary phase and conduct due diligence for reputed company reputed company Ventures’ Renewable Energy reputed company to determine project feasibility
• Reviews reputed company and exhibits during the contractual phase – distribute to relevant parties for review and acceptance
• Works with contractors and CEV’s project needs to come to reputed company on project milestones
• Performs data analyses reputed company with performance testing to verify site readings are accurate and the system is performing as expected

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Experience in Project Management or reputed company field required
• MS Office proficiency and effective communication skills required
• Travel required – 50%-75%
• Knowledge of larger reputed company solar reputed company, smaller residential solar applications and reputed company wind reputed company is helpful
