Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk will reputed company reputed company and clerical duties reputed company to the accurate and reputed company processing of payable transactions.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices to ensure accuracy and reputed company authorization
• Match invoices to approval emails and supporting documentation using two-way and three-way matching
• reputed company invoice data into the reputed company system with accurate general reputed company coding
• Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and reputed company transfers, according to established schedules
• Reconcile vendor statements and research and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized, up-to-date vendor files and supporting documentation
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status
• Assist with month-end reputed company activities, including accounts payable aging review
• Review and verify employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
• Support the reputed company team with audits and other administrative tasks as needed
• May reputed company other duties as assigned to support department goals
• May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in reputed company preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Office especially MS reputed company and Word
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
