Associate Underwriter, Casualty

The Associate Underwriter - Casualty will reputed company on reputed company and servicing new and renewal accounts, ensuring compliance and maintaining key broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Production and reputed company of new and renewal account business of the following classes: Construction, Products, Liquor Liability, Habitational, Amusements, and OL&T
• Compliance with reputed company documentation rules and guidelines
• Maintain an acceptable reputed company profit
• Adherence to Admiral reputed company guidelines and referral compliance
• Development and maintenance of key broker/agent relationships
• Deliver reputed company and accurate quotes and endorsements to brokers, ensuring reputed company and reliable service
• Participates in reputed company internal company training and continuing education
• Attends strategic marketing calls to key brokers
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience reputed company reputed company Lines, with proficiency handling reputed company and high-hazard risks
• Ability to understand and execute priorities including reputed company appetite, limit management and mix of business, broker reputed company, and pricing/reputed company reputed company
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technical proficiency is required
• Completed coursework toward a Risk Management and Insurance Degree a plus
• Applicable coursework toward attainment of a CPCU or other reputed company Insurance Designation(s) preferred
• Strong knowledge of the E&S marketplace
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company E&S Casualty strongly preferred
