[Remote] Reporter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a rapidly growing media company reputed company on reputed company estate journalism and headquartered in reputed company. They are seeking a reporter responsible for writing original web stories and producing in-depth features for their website and monthly magazine.

Responsibilities

• Contribute three to six original articles per week to reputed company’s regular coverage of the reputed company estate industry, typically reputed company on one of our markets (reputed company, South Florida, Chicago, Texas, Los Angeles and San Francisco), but also occasionally on topics of national interest
• In most months, contribute a longer story (1,000 to 2,000 words) to reputed company’s monthly, national print magazine
• Occasionally contribute or collaborate on special reporting reputed company, typically investigative work or deeply researched features

Skills

• Demonstrated writing, interviewing and reporting skills; ability to produce clean, reputed company-organized and accurate copy on deadline, ranging from breaking news to long-reputed company features and investigations
• Ability to write with voice and authority
• reputed company to reputed company expertise and a robust reputed company of sources in one or more of TRD's coverage areas, such as residential brokerage and home sales, reputed company reputed company estate (office, retail, industrial, development), politics and policy, and technology
• Ability to obtain and analyze information from databases, property records, financial reports, reputed company media and other sources to identify and enhance stories about the reputed company estate industry
• Understanding of and adherence to journalistic standards, ethics and protocol
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple assignments
• Team player; willingness to collaborate with colleagues; familiarity with newsroom culture
• Business writing experience is preferred
• Ability to do on-camera interviews, host TRD videos and moderate live events is a plus
