As a Technical Sourcer on the RD Mid-Platform TA team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier engineering talent while ensuring a reputed company candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring managers across both English and reputed company-speaking reputed company, deeply understanding their technical requirements to build reputed company maps and refine search strategies
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier technical talent, with a reputed company on reputed company-end, Back-end, Infrastructure, and reputed company engineering
• Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company and reputed company roles using advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean, reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, technical forums, etc.)
• Collaborate with the wider reputed company team to refine sourcing processes, improve efficiency, and reputed company best practices

Skills

• 1+ years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (reputed company search firm or in-house reputed company environment)
