Technical Sourcer - RD Mid Platform - San Jose (Third-Party Associate)

As a Technical Sourcer on the RD Mid-Platform TA team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier engineering talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring managers across both English and Mandarin-speaking regions, deeply understanding their technical requirements to build targeted talent maps and refine search strategies
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier technical talent, with a focus on Front-end, Back-end, Infrastructure, and Security engineering
- Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles using advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical forums, etc.)
- Collaborate with the wider recruiting team to refine sourcing processes, improve efficiency, and share best practices
- Champion an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring a seamless transition to the recruiter
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics and market data to provide insights, optimize strategies, and consult with hiring teams on the talent landscape
Skills
- 1+ years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment)
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating strong prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills. Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage passive candidates effectively
- Demonstrated experience sourcing for highly specialized, in-demand technical roles, particularly in Security Engineering or Infrastructure
- A data-driven mindset, with experience using metrics to inform sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
