[Remote] Mobile General Skilled Technician

The Mobile General Skilled Technician will be responsible for property maintenance, ensuring facilities operate flawlessly by performing general repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company general repairs and small service reputed company (e.g., walls, reputed company, doors)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and building systems
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance

• Engage with clients to confirm service requests and ensure satisfaction
• Adhere to safety standards and building regulations

Skills

• Proficiency with tools and equipment (e.g., reputed company)

• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams
