Responsibilities

• Guide and optimize the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to post-launch review, across the Luminaires portfolio
• Assist with developing stage-reputed company frameworks and decision checkpoints to improve speed-to-market without sacrificing reputed company
• Create and maintain process documentation, templates, and training materials to ensure consistency and scalability

Skills

• Exposure to managing product development processes in a manufacturing, technology, or consumer goods environment
