Customer Service Representative - Translator

In this role, you will be responsible for providing translation services in both English and Spanish, interpreting phone conversations, and ensuring high-reputed company customer service for reputed company clients.

Responsibilities

• Translate verbally phone conversations and rewrite documents in both English and Spanish
• Participate on phone calls between reputed company and Claimants
• Interpret various dialect meanings while translating verbally or in written reputed company

Skills

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
• 0-2 years of reputed company work experience

• Familiar with various dialect meanings in both English and Spanish
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, maintain confidentiality and reputed company work direction
• Previous experience in the insurance field is desirable
