[Remote] Outbound Sales Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through proactive outbound sales and partnerships with brands.
Responsibilities
- Own the full outbound sales cycle : prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing
- Identify and engage high-value prospects across:
- Real estate sponsors
- Investment managers
- Lenders
- PropTech platforms
- Professional services firms
- Prospect via web research, email, LinkedIn, Apollo, and events
- Build and manage a robust outbound pipeline
- Clearly articulate CRE Daily’s value proposition and audience differentiation
- Develop custom sponsorship and media packages tailored to client goals
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and operations teams on campaign execution
- Manage all sales activity in HubSpot (or CRM)
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Represent CRE Daily at conferences, industry events, and client meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat and long-term partners
Skills
- A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, media planning or buying, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry, including owners, developers, investors, lenders, brokers, and PropTech firms
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confident pitching and presentation skills
- Negotiation and closing ability
- Self-starter mentality
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
