[Remote] Outbound Sales Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Executive to drive reputed company reputed company through proactive outbound sales and partnerships with brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the full outbound sales cycle : prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing
• Identify and engage high-value prospects across:
• reputed company estate sponsors
• Investment managers
• Lenders
• PropTech platforms
• reputed company services firms
• Prospect reputed company web research, email, reputed company, reputed company, and events
• Build and manage a robust outbound pipeline
• reputed company reputed company CRE Daily’s reputed company and audience differentiation
• reputed company custom sponsorship and media packages tailored to reputed company goals
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and operations teams on campaign execution
• Manage reputed company sales activity in reputed company (or CRM)
• Meet and reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company targets
• Represent CRE Daily at conferences, industry events, and reputed company meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat and long-term partners

Skills

• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, media planning or buying, or a reputed company field, with a strong understanding of the reputed company reputed company estate industry, including owners, developers, investors, lenders, brokers, and PropTech firms
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Confident pitching and presentation skills
• Negotiation and closing ability
