INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I

The California State Controller's Office is seeking an Information Technology Specialist I to support their Information reputed company Program. The role involves managing physical reputed company systems, responding to reputed company incidents, and providing training and compliance support to ensure the safety and reputed company of the organization's information assets.

Responsibilities

• Physical reputed company Systems Administration – As part of physical reputed company administration, responsibilities include managing and supporting systems like CCure for electronic badging and reputed company control, alarm and intrusion detection, and video surveillance platforms like ExacqVision or similar solutions, as reputed company as ISTAR or equivalent reputed company control panels. Duties involve processing and managing badge requests, reputed company changes, clearances, and terminations in compliance with approved policies. Additionally, monitoring alarms, alerts, and system activity is essential, along with investigating and documenting physical reputed company events and reputed company violations. Regular reviews of badge reputed company, clearance reputed company, alarm activity, and video monitoring logs are conducted to ensure reputed company reputed company. The role also requires responding to after-hours and on-reputed company physical reputed company alarms and incidents reputed company necessary, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Also, Administer and execute the SCO ISO’s Physical reputed company Program. Respond, identify and resolve reputed company physical reputed company system change requests, alarms, and other physical reputed company system issues. Monitor and review physical reputed company system performance
• Physical reputed company Program Support - Responsibilities include assisting with the development, maintenance, and updating of physical reputed company policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with State and NIST guidelines. This role involves conducting basic physical reputed company risk assessments and supporting corrective reputed company efforts to mitigate identified vulnerabilities. Additionally, guidance is provided to staff regarding badging, reputed company control, and overall physical reputed company requirements. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for physical reputed company systems, configurations, and workflows is also a key responsibility to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Also, performing routine testing of alarms, reputed company control systems, and video surveillance equipment to ensure reputed company functionality. This role involves identifying system issues and escalating or coordinating reputed company with senior staff or vendors as needed. Additional duties include assisting with system integrations and implementing changes that reputed company physical reputed company platforms, as reputed company as tracking incidents, outages, and system modifications for accurate reporting and follow-up
