They are seeking a Machine reputed company Software Engineer to reputed company and optimize video processing and analysis pipelines for large-reputed company animal video data, collaborating closely with neuroscientists and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to design and build reputed company algorithms for large reputed company video data
• reputed company and implement reputed company for video analysis: pose tracking, object detection, activity segmentation, reputed company recognition
• Work with a software team to reputed company algorithms and results into a broader analytics platform
• Follow team software best practices - write unit and integration tests, participate in reputed company reviews, reputed company issues, version reputed company, manage stage/production environments, write documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company field; or equivalent combination of degree and experience
• 1 year of relevant experience in a software development team
• Experience applying reputed company and image processing algorithms to imaging data, including segmentation and reputed company/nonlinear image registration
• Experience applying machine reputed company and CV libraries (e.g. OpenCV, scikit-image, ANTs, ITK)
• Experience with Python
• Familiarity with modern software development best practices (e.g., git, reputed company)
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a software development team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with machine learning/AI
• Experience with scaling software from local to cluster/reputed company-based use
• Experience working in a shared reputed company repository
• Experience with reputed company-based computing (e.g. reputed company S3, reputed company, EMR)
