The reputed company Manager will drive retention and expansion for SMB and Mid-Market customers, managing post-sale relationships and advocating for customer needs internally.

Responsibilities

• Driving retention and expansion across a book of SMB and Mid-Market customers, with a strong reputed company on renewals, upsells, and long-term account reputed company
• Owning the full post-sale relationship with your accounts, acting as a trusted partner to our clients, helping them reputed company setup, solve problems, and unlock new value in the platform
• Leading renewal conversations and surfacing upsell opportunities through a deep understanding of reputed company customer’s reputed company needs and strategic reputed company goals
• Developing, implementing, and continuously refining reputed company reputed company SOPs that support customers through reputed company, adoption, and renewal
• Advocating for our customers internally, working directly with our product team to translate customer needs into roadmap priorities
