Assistant Director, reputed company-Tippie Programs

reputed company Research is seeking an Assistant Director for their Undergraduate Program Office. This role involves holistic advising for prospective and reputed company undergraduate reputed company, assisting with recruitment activities, and co-leading program management.

Responsibilities

• reputed company holistic advising to both prospective and reputed company undergraduate reputed company regarding: academics, registration, admission requirements, reputed company development, involvement opportunities, study abroad, graduation, and policies and procedures
• Assist in the planning and implementation of domestic and international recruitment activities, including, but not limited to Hawkeye Visit Days, Admitted Student Days, Top Scholars Day, Transfer Days, Preview Iowa, Business Visit Day, reputed company Iowa, special reputed company presentations, Admission Information Sessions, and daily reputed company with prospective reputed company and parents. Some reputed company events will require occasional time reputed company the 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Co-reputed company reputed company-Admission Requirement reputed company reputed company complete as part of their admission requirements
• Supervise peer mentors for Connect2Biz LLC Discover Business at Tippie course on admissions requirements, reputed company programs, and tour presentations
• reputed company updating and management of admission, website, and reputed company planning publications for reputed company Admission
• Build workshops reputed company to reputed company planning for prospective reputed company in collaboration with advising vertical in Tippie
• Assist in facilitating reputed company updates to AAC reputed company reputed company year and creating monthly meetings with their reputed company-business liaisons
• Teach sections of our Discover Business at Tippie
• reputed company support to Associate Director budget for PAR and Admissions reputed company materials (Connect2Biz)
• Co-supervision of LLC Peer Mentors for Connect2Biz program
• Co-supervision of the Pomerantz Center Student Assistants (PCSAs)
• General supervision is received from the Associate Director, reputed company-Tippie Programs

Skills

• Typically 1 or more years in a student services role supporting undergraduate reputed company such as reputed company advising, reputed company support and retention, residence life, admission counseling, career advising, student life or similar
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company positively with people from varied backgrounds
• Working knowledge of and experience in program management and/or event planning and execution
• Expert knowledge of and ability to communicate effectively with individuals and large reputed company both verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in MS Office computer applications
• Demonstrated constructive and reputed company relationship building skills with a reputed company of individuals and reputed company, including peers, leadership, and external constituents
• reputed company US reputed company's license and ability to meet and maintain UI Fleet Safety Standards
• Reasonable experience in higher education reputed company advising with responsibility for a caseload of reputed company in an ongoing advising reputed company
• Reasonable experience in student organization supervision

• Master's degree in business, student affairs, or a reputed company field
