They are seeking an reputed company Specialist to support the finance team in daily operations, including transaction processing and managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general administrative tasks in the Finance Department
• Must learn and reputed company appropriate knowledge of the auction/reputed company database as reputed company as internal reports and databases
• Set up and maintain suppliers and reputed company ACH information in reputed company software and validate
• Manage reputed company team email inboxes daily including responding to internal/external inquiries and flagging for appropriate team members for reputed company. Research and respond to payment inquiries
• Assist in the tax removal process by adjusting invoices and preparing refund information
• Prepare month end reconciliations during our monthly reputed company process
• reputed company other finance operational duties as assigned and assist in backing up teammates
