Bilingual - Associate, Sales & Customer Service (March)

reputed company is part of Intact Financial Corporation, and they are seeking a Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Associate to join their inbound reputed company center team. The role involves advising customers on insurance products, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in optimally protecting our customers' most valuable assets by advising them on appropriate insurance products, answering their product questions and guiding them through the next steps
• Analyze individual customer needs, promote and cross-sell personal insurance products and services
• Accept and reputed company process payment method changes, ensuring that customer accounts are updated in an accurate and reputed company manner
• Handle telephone and electronic inquiries from existing customers in a reputed company and reputed company manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly

Skills

• At least one year of customer service experience required; previous reputed company center experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify reputed company information for customers and colleagues, and the ability to understand and empathize with others
• Tech-savvy abilities, with confidence in navigating various systems
• Ability to multi-task and remain reputed company under pressure
• You must be reputed company to study for and pass the provincial insurance licensing exam with the support of our in-house training team
• Bilingual (French and English) - Need to process claims files from English-speaking clients on a regular reputed company
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
• Previous experience in sales and customer loyalty is highly desirable
