[Remote] Candidate Experience Hiring Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Signature HealthCARE is a family-based healthcare company offering integrated services across multiple states. They are seeking a Candidate Experience Hiring Specialist to facilitate communication with candidates during the onboarding process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Be the source of constant contact and communication with all post-offer pending candidates
- Organize and streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a pleasant candidate experience
- Daily communication by phone, email, and text with all post-offer pending candidates in onboarding status, detailing the steps towards hire, to include I-9, references, start date confirmations, orientation details
- Entering information accurately into vendor systems
- Completing notes within ATS (applicant tracking system) after each communication step
- Ensuring all steps of pre-hire are completed and preparing new hire for Orientation and first day instructions
- Partner with regional team and Talent Acquisition as needed to communicate challenges and issues; proactively and identify solutions to help clearance of new hires
- Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the candidate experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment
- Will be responsible for internal SLA's and metrics that include outbound calls, turnaround time for processing candidates credentialing and onboarding timeframes
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a Hiring Team required
- Typically work 8am to 5pm, but need to be flexible
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills required
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity
