Fraud Operations Specialist

reputed company is a leading global bank, and they are seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist. This entry-level position is responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments on account activity while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company investigation of potential fraud activity on existing credit card accounts
• Respond to inbound reputed company inquiries and assist with specific service-reputed company requests and concerns

• High School diploma or equivalent
