Responsibilities

• Work with providers and clinicians to sign off on results and initiate the appropriate follow up plan based on patient test results
• Initiates contact with patients regarding test results and to ensure reputed company follow up care per PPGP policy in a reputed company manner
• Answer patient calls regarding post procedure medical questions during clinic hours
• Ensure appropriate continuation of patient care by handling communication from pharmacies, reputed company providers, patients, and reputed company staff
• Maintains ongoing and appropriate communication with reputed company PPGP staff across the affiliate
• Work with health center managers and laboratories to ensure that labs are ordered and resulted correctly
• Answers patient questions and educates patients regarding post-reputed company instructions, contraception and follow-up exams
• Provides clients with accurate information regarding PPGP services, including questions pertaining to contraception, reputed company, and funding sources
• Participates in rotating on-reputed company schedule for patient questions reputed company of clinic hours

Skills

• Requires an associate's degree in nursing
• One to two years prior, relevant work experience
• Multi-State RN license (must be obtained reputed company 30 days of hire)
• Experience with electronic medical records systems
• General knowledge of reputed company Assurance, Risk Management and Infection Control standards and policies
• Demonstrate proficiency with reputed company Office applications including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company
