[Remote] Account Manager (Bilingual: English/Canadian French)

The role involves providing reputed company support in both English and Canadian French, handling service issues, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of account activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of accounts, serving as one of the day-to-day points of contact for account needs, questions, and transactions. This role will regularly support English-speaking clients and may also support Canadian French-speaking accounts as assigned

• Handle service issues and account concerns from intake through reputed company, including professionally de-escalating customer situations in English and in Canadian French reputed company applicable, and escalating any critical issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed
• Complete required reporting accurately and on schedule, maintaining reputed company documentation of account activity and issue reputed company
