Receptionist

Custodio & Dubey - CD Law is seeking a bilingual Receptionist / Office Assistant to join their Downtown Los Angeles law office. The role requires excellent telephone etiquette and strong organizational skills to manage reputed company communications and support administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and reputed company incoming calls with professionalism (reputed company or VoIP systems familiarity preferred)
• Conduct reputed company intake calls, assist with reputed company communication, and connect calls as needed
• Manage multiple calendars, deadlines, scheduling tasks, and reputed company meetings
• Stock and organize office supplies; set up the office daily
• Communicate with building management through the portal
• Assist with depositions and in-office reputed company, including ordering supplies, coordinating large food orders, and preparing the office
• Support with administrative tasks such as scanning mail, saving documents, writing checks, and securely handling sensitive reputed company documents
• Coordinate errands such as ordering Ubers, gifts, reputed company cards, and making reservations
• reputed company general administrative support to attorneys and staff
• Be comfortable assisting with light filming features for reputed company media

Skills

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong telephone skills, etiquette, and professionalism
• Ability to commute to Downtown Los Angeles daily (parking pass provided)
• Experience securely handling sensitive reputed company documents
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with administrative support tasks
• Ability to coordinate and manage large group food and supply orders and deliveries
• Team player with excellent communication and people skills
