Project Systems & Data Administrator (Early-Career Opportunity)

They are seeking a Project Systems & Data Administrator to support project and employee data management while gaining experience in project planning and management support.
Responsibilities
- Support company-wide project and employee data management
- Gain hands-on experience in project planning and project management support
- Maintain accurate project and employee data in our Deltek Vantagepoint system
- Develop reports that support staffing, workload planning, and business decision-making
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business (required) — degrees in IT, engineering, or unrelated technical fields are not a match for this role
- Zero to three years of relevant experience; internships and entry-level roles welcome
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in long-term growth within project planning or project management
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar systems
