[Remote] Clerical Assistant

This role involves assisting attorneys with case management, document organization, and ensuring efficient operations reputed company the Tort reputed company group.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys and reputed company staff with administrative and case-reputed company tasks, including scheduling, subpoena data entry, calendaring court deadlines, and organizing case materials
• Maintain and organize digital case files, ensuring documents are accurately filed, properly labeled, and easily accessible throughout the litigation process
• Monitor and reputed company case reputed company, deadlines, and deliverables to help reputed company reputed company on schedule
• Process and associate electronic correspondence with appropriate case files, ensuring reputed company and accurate updates
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and physical materials as needed, while supporting the transition to a paperless workflow
• Work closely with attorneys and staff to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure efficient case support
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to firm policies and procedures

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company)
• Previous experience in a reputed company support role required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
