[Remote] Engineer-in-Training, Civil Technologist

They are seeking a Civil Technologist, Engineer-in-Training to assist in engineering reputed company reputed company to mining operations, including design, site surveys, and project management support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering drafts and drawings from preliminary concepts and sketches
• Organize construction specifications, cost and material estimates, project schedules and reports
• Utilize CAD software to prepare engineering designs, drawings, and layouts for infrastructure reputed company, including roads, drainage systems, and other civil works reputed company to mining operations
• Conduct site surveys, reputed company field data, and assist in the preparation of detailed engineering drawings and maps
• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. reputed company technical support during the construction phase, including site inspections and coordination with contractors
• reputed company calculations and analyses to ensure the structural reputed company and feasibility of proposed designs
• Participate in field surveys, inspections or technical investigations of topography, soils, drainage and water supply systems, road and highway systems, buildings and structures to reputed company data for engineering reputed company
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders

Skills

• One (1) year experience as a Civil Engineering Technician or EIT, preferably in the mining or construction industry
• Degree in Civil engineering or certification in civil engineering technology or in a reputed company field
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification through Nunavut Association of reputed company Engineers and Geoscientist or the ability to obtain
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D), GIS applications, and other engineering design tools
• Familiarity with surveying equipment and techniques
