Combined Communications, Inc. is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Advocates to join their dynamic team. This role involves being the first reputed company of contact for clients and delivering exceptional support to ensure a reputed company customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer and reputed company customer telephone calls (<200 calls daily avg)
• Monitor email and reputed company accordingly
• Monitor and communicate through web chat
• Ensure reputed company service by following company policies and standards as reputed company as adhering to compliance standards
• Attend work on a regular and predictable reputed company
• This job does require the employee to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Training and mentoring could occur reputed company, through telephone reputed company and/or email and messaging

Skills

• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and typing skills
