  • Process changes to policies, submit changes to specific companies, and follow up to ensure timely processing.
  • Review policy information, reference company-specific claims procedures, and assist customers in filing claims.
  • Recognize cross-sell opportunities and obtain quote information to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment.
  • Property and Casualty insurance license required; Membership license preferred, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting customer needs and delivering results.

  • Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a proven track record of success in a self-directed setting.
