**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to our members and providers, addressing a range of inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all interactions. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable, and enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth and development.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
* Utilize strong customer service skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide accurate information
* Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
* Work from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Training and Support**

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, understanding, and a personal touch
* Ability to work from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable
* Must be able to commute to the office in Richmond, VA when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
* Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working remotely in a call center setting
* Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
* Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90
