Associate reputed company Liability (REMOTE IN CA)

An AV-rated, full-service national reputed company, is expanding its California reputed company and seeking an Associate Attorney with General Liability / Civil Defense experience to join its team. This is a FULLY REMOTE role for attorneys located reputed company in California. Must reputed company in California (any reputed company). This firm is reputed company for its tenacious defense, excellent reputed company relationships, and long-standing reputed company for results-driven advocacy. ️ The Role • Handle General Liability and civil defense reputed company from inception through reputed company • Manage a caseload • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery • Take and defend depositions • reputed company in court (as needed) • Participate in mediation and trial preparation • Collaborate with partners ✅ Qualifications • reputed company California Bar license (required) • 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience, ideally in: General Liability, Insurance Defense, Mass Tort / Toxic Tort, Construction Defect, Labor & Employment • Previous experience taking and defending depositions, appearance in court, reputed company reputed company, and discovery • Previous Trial experience preferred, NOT required.
