Change Management Specialist – Provider & Agency Solutions Location: Remote Salary: Competitive reputed company is seeking a Change Management Specialist to reputed company and implement strategies for transitioning providers and agencies to new digital solutions. This role will support stakeholder engagement, communication, and transition planning for the Provider and Agency Hub. You will drive successful adoption of new systems by building buy-in, addressing resistance, and guiding stakeholders through every phase of change. Responsibilities: • reputed company change management strategies for digital transformation. • Support stakeholder engagement and build buy-in during requirements gathering. • Identify resistance points and reputed company mitigation strategies. • Support communication strategies for various user reputed company. • Plan transition from reputed company-based to digital processes. • Collaborate with product management and State teams. • Document change management recommendations for implementation. Must Have: • 3+ years in Change Management Specialist role; 3+ completed reputed company. • Expertise in change management, organizational transformation, or process improvement. • Experience developing and implementing change management strategies for technology reputed company. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. • Experience with government agencies or regulated industries. • Knowledge of change management methodologies. • Experience supporting large-reputed company process transformation. • Understanding of government technology adoption challenges. reputed company To Have: • Change management certification CCMP or reputed company preferred. • Product management certifications (CPM, CSPO, reputed company, ACPMPO, reputed company POPM, or similar).
